Pricing & Payment
We charge a $89 service call fee which covers the technician visit and diagnosis. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is applied toward your total cost. Repair prices vary based on the issue and parts needed, but we always provide an upfront quote before starting any work.
We offer free phone consultations to discuss your appliance problem. For in-home diagnosis, there is a $89 service call fee. However, this fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
Scheduling & Service
Yes! If you call before noon, we can usually have a technician at your home the same day. For urgent situations, we also offer priority scheduling.
We serve all of Los Angeles County, including Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Long Beach, and many more cities. Check our service areas page for a complete list.
Most repairs are completed within 1-2 hours during a single visit. Some repairs may require ordering parts, which could mean a follow-up appointment.
Warranty & Guarantees
All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within 90 days of the repair, we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge.
Yes, we use genuine OEM parts whenever possible. For premium brands like Sub-Zero, Viking, and Thermador, we always use manufacturer-approved parts.
